National Independence- 4th of July, August 15. Nepal has no independece day cause it was never dependent. Its a matter of pride to be independent and even more to be never dependent. This is just an example. I am talking about any kind of dependency.
But, to me, its almost impossible for ANYTHING to be totally independent. There is at least one thing without which one's existance is not possible. Its the covariance that says how much one is dependednt with another.

That's so koool to know ... I somehow thought there might have been a China rule in Nepal at some point of time in the past (due to sharing borders) ...
Since you said there cannot be anything that is not dependent on just about anything, can you pick one thing that Nepal was dependent on for not being dependent?

Covariance is a measure of how much two variables change together. We have to ensure that the covariance is positive :)
Independence itself states "In Dependence" right?
